Role Summary:
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and assessment of projects within their assigned sector. This role includes liaising with community leaders, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that project objectives align with TheLight Care’s mission.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans for designated sectors.
• Monitor project progress and report on outcomes.
• Coordinate with field workers and consultants to ensure project effectiveness.
• Foster relationships with local and international partners.
Qualifications:
• HND or bachelor’s degree in social sciences, project management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a nonprofit or community development role is an asset.
