The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will ensure the effectiveness of programs by designing and implementing data-driven monitoring and evaluation strategies. This role includes tracking project outcomes and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop M&E frameworks and indicators for projects.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to assess project impact and effectiveness.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for program improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications:
• HND or Degree in statistics, project management, social sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation or research.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
