The Fundraising Manager will lead initiatives to generate funds for TheLight Care Cameroon’s programs by developing and executing effective fundraising strategies, building relationships with donors, and organizing fundraising events.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement fundraising plans to meet financial targets.
• Build relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and grant agencies.
• Organize fundraising campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with the PR team to enhance visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, or donor relations.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
